Conceived and developed in Harlem, New York City on the trajectory set forth by Malcolm X, El Hajj Malik El Shabazz.  Established under the visionary leadership of Shaykh Alama Ahmed Tawfiq, the founding Imam of Mosque of Islamic Brotherhood.  With continued development under the stewardship of Imam Talib ‘Adur Rashid.
