"This is New Zealand's Markaz. Dawat and Tabligh activities centre for NZ. Bayaan every Friday night after Isha Salaat, after Maghrib Salaat during daylight savings time. New Zealand's first Masjid. Built in the late 1970's by Suleman Ismail Bhikoo and his brothers. The first Imaam was Hadhrat Maulana Said Ahmed Musa Patel Sahib Rahmatullahi Alaihe. Excellent facilities. The Masjid has a Janazah room where you can wash and shroud the deceased. Madressa has been going strong since its inception. Madressa is from 5 PM - 7 PM on Monday-Wednesday, 10 AM - 1 PM on the weekends. 5 Daily Salaat and Jumu'ah Salaat."
