Masjid ud Dawah San Jose

Founded in 1986 by Imam Salim supported by the entire Guyanese Muslim community as well as the Arab Muslim community, it is the oldest mosque in Venezuela, the house of God receives its believers 24 hours a day. It has an area for the sisters as well as its own study center which has prepared hundreds of students in the subject. It is very visited, open every day since its foundation and all daily prayers are carried out, as it also welcomes the entire community in the Eid al Adha and Eid ul Fitr festivities. In the month of Ramadan (fasting) the iftar is shared and the taraweeh is prayed in large congregation, many stay during the last nights to pray during the Lailatul Qadar (night of destiny). The mosque is very cozy and warm, if you are looking for peace the house of God (mosque) is the ideal place.

Fundada en 1986 por el Imam Salim apoyado por toda la comunidad musulmana guyanesa como también la comunidad musulmana árabe, es la mezquita mas antigua de Venezuela, la casa de Dios recibe las 24 horas a sus creyentes. Tiene área para las hermanas como también su propio centro de estudio lo cual ha preparado a cientos de alumnos en la materia. Muy visitada, abierta todos los días desde su fundación y se realiza todas las oraciones diarias como también recibe a toda la comunidad en las fiestas del Eid al Adha y el Eid ul Fitr. En el mes de Ramadán (ayuno) se comparte el iftar y se reza el taraweeh en gran congregación, muchos se quedan durante las ultimas noches para orar durante el Lailatul Qadar (noche del destino). La mezquita es muy acogedora y cálida, si buscas paz la casa de Dios (mezquita) es el lugar ideal.
